No Show Policy

CAN’T MAKE IT? RUNNING LATE?

1. Appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, this gives us time to book in waiting clients. 

2. First time no shows will be charged $25 for the no show service fee.

3. Second time no shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.

4. Third time no shows will result in the loss of booking privileges.

5. We do understand and appreciate re-booking when you are not feeling well and will not charge a fee. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more to your appointment you will need to reschedule.

6. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with the best possible service.

CHILDREN UNDER 18 POLICIES

We are creating a relaxing experience for all of our clients, with that said.

THE SALON DOES NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO ACCOMPANY PARENTS TO THEIR APPOINTMENTS.

It is simply not a safe environment for children.

Children under the age of 16 may book services, but they must stay under the supervision of an adult who is required to be with them the entire time.
