Covid-19 Policies

We are committed to the safety of our staff and guests! Please find  Four Oaks Covid-19 precautions and policies here.

  • Do you have you had a cough?

  • Do you have you had a fever?

  • Do you have you had shortness of breath?

  • Do you have you, or anyone in your household exhibited any covid- 19 symptoms or been diagnosed with covid -19 in the past 14 days?


If the answer to any of those questions is yes, please give us a call to let us know and we will need to reschedule you out 14 days.

  • We are asking that you please do not come any earlier than your scheduled time.

  • When you arrive for your appointment, please check in with your service provider or call the front desk. If your service provider is not yet ready for you, we will ask you to wait outside or in your Car

  • Please bring a mask to wear during your service as well as your own beverage as we will not be able to serve any at this time.

  • We ask that you do not bring any extra persons with you for your appointment, we are only permitted one guest per technician and anyone extra will be asked to wait in the car.
